This is the original Blue Corn!  Since opening in 1992
Blue Corn has become a favorite among locals and travelers
in downtown Santa Fe. Located 1 block southwest of the Plaza
on the corner of Water St. and Galisteo, Blue Corn is an easy
walk from any of the downtown hotels.
We admit we're not that easy to find (look up, we're on the
second floor) but you'll be glad you did!
So come in and join us for some hot food and cold beer!
